  • Start the afternoon tour of the Uffizi Galleries in Piazza Signoria with an introduction to the Medici family before heading to the Uffizi to view their collection gathered over three centuries.
  • Upon meeting your guide, be sure to let them know if there are any particular works that you would like to see. They will gladly accommodate requests.
  • As you proceed through the various galleries grouped by specific schools to show how Italian art has developed, your guide will point out the most significant works and explain their importance.
  • Among the many famous works you will see are: Botticelli’s Birth of Venus and Venus Primavera, Michelangelo’s Doni Tondo, Da Vinci’s Adoration of the Magi, Caravaggio’s Judith Slaying Holofernes, Raphael’s Portrait of Pope Leo X, Titian’s Venus of Urbino, and many more.
  • The 14 Euro per person entrance fee to the Uffizi is not included in the tour price.
